Goat Lake Camp
This overnight trip combines spectacular scenery and terrain, wondrous wild flowers, and the summit of a glaciated peak.

Price: 1 person - $800, 2 persons - $550 each, 3-6 persons - $500 each  Includes round-trip transportation from the Portland, OR area, guides, food, and equipment.

Itinerary
Day One – Leave at 6 AM from the Portland area and drive to Berry Patch Trailhead (4,600'). Follow Trail  95 traversing along Goat Ridge and climbing up to the Goat Ridge Lookout site (6,240').  We continue on to our campsite at Goat Lake (6,400'). 

Day Two – From Goat Lake, we descend 3 mi. down Trail 86, to the intersection with Trail 96.  Head East on 96 to the intersection with Trail 2000 (PCT) where we will set-up camp and have lunch.  We'll then head north 1.0 mi. to North Ridge route of Old Snowy and climb Old Snowy (7,930' and one of the easiest summits of a glaciated peak anywhere).  We return to camp and spend the remainder of the day exploring  Snowgrass Flats and stunning wildflowers

Day Three – After a leisurely breakfast, we will pack-up and head out trail 96 for 5.0 mi. to our vehicle at the Berry Patch Trailhead.
