To sign-up for a trip please call (503) 297-5100 or
toll free (877) 965-5100 or fill out our
secure signup form.
Gift certificates are also available.
Please review the Liability Release prior
to signing-up for a trip.
PAYMENT:
We request a deposit of 50% of the trip fee, or $500, whichever is less, to reserve
a place for you on a trip. The balance must be paid in full prior to the trip.
You may pay by check or credit card.
REFUND POLICY:
If you cancel two weeks prior to a trip, we will refund your deposit less a
$25.00
administration fee. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to a trip, we will
retain your deposit unless your spot is filled by someone else.
If we cancel a trip, we will refund your entire deposit.
Generally no
refunds will be given once we leave the trailhead, even if we need to end the trip due to
reasons of party safety. However, if there is room on a later trip on the
same route, you can go for 50% of the trip price or at cost, whichever is
greater.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Oregon Peak Adventures will NEVER share your information with any other person
or entity. If you have asked for a trip or service which we can not provide, we will
ask your consent prior to forwarding your name to another provider.
